Nice for teas
A little bit goes a long way. It has a nice gentle spice to it, ginger is roughly ground and unpeeled. It is not too fine so it doesnโt leave a residue in my tea when I use a tea bag which is a big plus. 4oz is way more product than I was expecting. Iโm pleasantly surprised. I wouldnโt cook with it unless I used an herb net.

Excellent taste
Used these for a little extra something on Christmas cookies I made this year. Dipped orange flavored shortbread cookies in dark chocolate then sprinkled these dried orange pieces on the chocolate. Looked great and tasted delicious. Big hit!!

It's an ok item
It arrived quickly and there is instruction on how to make a tea with it. It's not good tasting but I do think it helps with blood sugars. Next time i will purchase it in a pill form

The answer to one of my vexing concerns
For whatever reason, I have been unable to acquire the knack of using up fresh ginger so this has been terrific for me. Ground ginger just doesn't have the right flavor, but this dried ginger does. I know it's not the same as fresh, but it works for me, and it's a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a piece of fresh ginger and not using it up, or at all when my menu plan gets shredded by circumstance (usually).

Quality Item but a tad expensive
Quality packaging and an ok value.

Don't buy.
Not very much flavor, bit bitter. Very hard and chewy even after reconstituting. Highly disappointed.
