I had bought a cheap $15 garter belt before and the clips kept coming off the stockings, then one of the rubber grippers came off, so I decided to splurge a bit and get a quality garter belt. Wore this Rago one today, no problems with the hose clips or the garter clip ( the one that adjusts the length of the garter). So far so good! I’m a tall girl, 5’8”, 175 pounds if that helps you. When the garter belt is paired with matching thigh-high stockings, high heeled pumps, and a matching bra & panty set you’ll feel very feminine and girly all day long! I highly recommend it guys!! Ladies, encourage your man to try it. I guarantee you he wants to, just needs a little nudge from you. And you’ll love the effect it has on him too!

Though really I bought mine as more of a fashion item (though having it to hold up my socks was on my mind as well), this garterbelt is comfortable, practical, and holds up even thicker cotton socks despite the clips not being those metal ones with the teeth and everything, like what you typically find on suspenders. It also smoothed my tummy out and really makes you feel "supported". I have to say it was certainly smaller than expected, which is fine since I had to order up since they recommended ordering up if your waist is 10 inches or more than your waist and they didn't carry my exact size anyway. It fit pretty snugly on me, it pinched a little at the waist but nothing bad, no real bulges (which is why I went with this one as opposed to a simple elastic garter belt). The belt seems to stretch and hold well, but is likely to cause bulges? So I'd be a little wary of that when picking a size All in all, a fantastic belt! Due to having very pale skin, I never feel comfortable going bare leg when wearing skirts and dresses. I have tried countless brands of tights throughout the years and all were the same (regardless of price). They would fit my legs and hips for a while, then would fall down due to my waist being much smaller than the band for my "correct size." My waist is 11" smaller than my hips, which makes it impossible to get tights that truly fit my figure. After my last pair of tights ripped, I decided to look on Amazon to see if there was anything better. I found this garter belt (which I thought were no longer made in the modern era) and decided to give it a try. I could not be happier for doing so as this garter belt hugs my waist and hips (bonus: acts like spanx) while also securely holding up stockings I have bought off Amazon. I feel that this garter belt is quite comfortable and surprising non-restrictive. I have sprinted short distances and find that the garter belt remains structured without falling or creasing. As an added bonus, this garter belt also makes panties have no VPL. Definitely recommend to those with shapely figures that cannot get tights to work for them.

I have two of these that I alternate wearing pretty much on Sundays only. While I really do love the fit (yes, the sizing is strange - order to your measurements), I have two complaints. First off, the "adjustable" straps don't stay where you put them. They slide down to their full length while you're wearing. Highly annoying when you have longer stockings that need to be cinched up as tight as you can (elephant ankles anyone?). I've tried everything short of sewing them in place and nothing works. My MAJOR complaint is that one of the rubber parts that helps to hold the clip to your stocking on a back clip literally just broke off! Didn't rip, just came off the clip itself. Not cool. For this price and the amount of times worn with just mostly sitting in a church pew, this should NOT have happened. Thankfully, I still have the other one.

I bought this for my wedding, since I am wearing a ball gown and thigh highs. I wanted something that was going to offer more stability than your typical 4-strap garter belt, and I am sure glad I bought this one. I was originally concerned about the color of the white, but I shouldn't have, it matches perfectly. I really like how this garter belt is simple and straightforward, and doesn't have any of the other fluff that most garter belts do to make them appear more sexy. It also does a great job of helping me look slimmer as the band is very wide. Is it very comfortable and very effective and I am very, very pleased with this purchase. I would definitely recommend this to brides, and anyone else who wants that extra little support for their thigh high stockings. Wonderful product.

I really loved it when I first got it. Then I tried to wear it with a smooth dress. You can basically see the entire shape of the garter belt. Every line, buckle, and strap. I was self conscious about it the whole time, which is not something I was expecting with something as sexy/useful as this. It did keep my stockings in check, though, so it works in that sense. It might look better under a form fitting or textured dress. It fit as expected and it seems to be good quality. I think that the snugness is necessary or else it may not do its job: hold your stockings up, stay on your waist etc, but because of that, it looks a bit stretched out since I have worn it several times. Also I have a slim waist and wider hips so maybe that's why it stretched out a bit. It may have been too big if I has sized up. Anyways, I'm glad I bought it because I like stockings better than tights, but I will always be a bit self conscious worrying that it is showing through my dress.

This claims to be a plus size garter. I purchased a size 6x thinking that would make it less tight, as my waist is about 35 inches. It barely fits my thighs, and does not stretch very much. If you are on the thinner side you would probably like this, as the quality is decent for Amazon. But if you are plus size I would avoid at all cost.

Excellent product for daily wear. The smooth texture means I can wear it to work under a fitted skirt or dress. Very well made, comfortable, and firmly holds my stockings in place. Hard to beat this kind of quality. The pull on / pull off nature of this garter belt is very convenient, as compared to garter belts that have the hook and eye clasps at the back.

The sizing is accurate. Well made and smooth material stays exactly where it's supposed to. The 6 garters make your stockings fit and remain perfect. I wear this all day with confidence and feel good in it. The men love it. You get what you pay for. Good by pantyhose!

Ordered this for the G/F and she loves it. Fit as expected by the companies size chart. Quality workmanship and no complaints from her since most other products have cheap plastic/rubber clips and these she said were top notch metal that held as expected.
