Outemu Ice Blue V3: Clicky Mechanical Switches.
The housing is actually translucent blue, so RGB shines through very well if you don’t mind the ice-blue tint. You can clearly see the stem moving inside the switch. It also includes a built-in light diffuser, which helps distribute lighting evenly across the board. From the bottom housing, this is a 3-pin switch, meaning it works fine in both 3-pin and 5-pin hot-swap boards, which covers most modern keyboards anyway. Wobble is reasonably low to medium. There’s some expected top-down and side-to-side stem play, but nothing excessive for a clicky switch at this price point, and it feels fairly controlled in use. The Outemu Ice Blue is clearly made with clicky switch fans in mind, and this is where it shines. That said, these do make a distinct high click sound so they might not be best in a multi-person setting or silent work environments. You get that classic blue-switch click, but it’s very clean. I didn’t notice any scratchiness or spring ping, and quality seems consistent across the switches I tested. In terms of keypress, if you factor out the click jacket, it’s surprisingly smooth. You can tell the factory pre-lube is well done here. The press starts off deceptively light at around 40gf, but hitting the click jacket introduces a sharper resistance closer to 60gf. Once past that point, the remaining travel feels easy and relatively short, which makes bottoming out feel fast and light. Value-wise, this is excellent, coming in at around $0.27 per switch. Outemu continues to offer some of the most affordable switches on the market while maintaining good quality. Closing thoughts: if you enjoy clicky switches, this is genuinely good stuff and well worth considering regardless if you're on a budget or not. It's a well-executed classic.

Fantastic Clicky Switches, Way Better Than Expected
I picked these up as a budget-friendly option for a custom keyboard build and honestly didn’t expect them to feel this good. The clicks are super satisfying crisp, clean, and not mushy at all. Each press feels consistent and responsive, which makes both typing and gaming really enjoyable. They came nicely pre-lubed, so there’s no scratchy feel out of the box, and installation was smooth with no bent pins. The dustproof design is a nice bonus and should help them last longer. For the price, these absolutely exceeded my expectations. They feel much closer to higher-end switches than I thought they would. If you love clicky mechanical switches and don’t want to spend a ton, these are a great choice. Definitely would get again!

Great switches.
These are nice and loud. They have a satisfying click, and they are all very consistent with one another. They allow for light to pass through if you have an RGB keyboard you're using these in. They fit my keyboard perfectly and appear to be a good quality switch. They don't come with an installation tool so you'll need your own keycap and key switch puller tool but setting these up with those tools couldn't be easier. They function just like they should, and I was able to type consistently with each of these keys once they were installed and each keypress resulted in the correct character being displayed on the screen the correct number of times. I think these are a good value and I'd recommend them if you're looking for a high quality mechanical key switch for your mechanical keyboard.

Decent quality budget switches, similar to Cherry MX Blue
Please see my disclaimer for Vine provided items at the end of this review. The positioning of this product is a little confusing. The product description says the Otemu Crystal Blue switches use "MX switch structure design". So they're designed to be similar to Cherry MX switches, yet a single Kailh Box White switch is included in the set. There is no mention or explanation why the Box White switch is included. The implied reasoning is that the Crystal Blue is being compared as equivalent to the Box White. However, both switch types are fundamentally different. The Box White feels different, and clicks on the return stroke. It is a two-click switch. These Crystal Blues are much more similar to Cherry MX Blue than the Box White. The inclusion of the Kailh Box White is confusing. Performance wise, they're ok. Tactile feel is decent. Sharp snap at the actuation point. Audible signature is quite loud, with a lower tone than a Cherry MX Blue. (MX Blue have a higher pitched ping) Stability is not great. More wobble than any other switch I have used, slightly behind MX Blue. (comparison in video) Light amount of spring pinging. Can not really hear it over the click of the actuation though. Smoothness is not as good as MX Blues, and certainly not as smooth as the Box White. The pins on these Otemu switches are quite thin. They're easy to bend, so you need to make sure they are straight as possible before attempting to push them into the socket. And make sure you do not insert them at an angle, or the pins will almost certainly catch an edge and fold over. I do like that these are delivered in a protective plastic tray. I have purchased more expensive switches from bigger namebrands that shipped switches loose in a box. And of course, some of them sustained damage from bouncing around while in transit. I give an A+ for the packaging here. I can not speak to durability yet. So far no issues have popped up. A video of mechanical keyboard switches is almost always useless. You can not capture the experience of a mostly tactile mechanical action in visual format. For those that do find some amount of value in that regardless, I have included a short video clip comparing a few different similar style clicky switches. Summary: For the price, these are decent budget switches. The Crystal Blue are similar enough to Cherry MX Blues that you could put them on the same keyboard and not notice much. I would not mix keys on say all of the alpha characters. But if you wanted to use them for the numpad or F row of keys, that would be a good way to save a little money instead of using more expensive switches for all of the keys. I will recommend these for someone on a tight budget, or those that are not as sensitive to small performance and tactile feel differences. SUPER clicky! Nice design, all pins good in box
I am absolutely in love with these ice blue V3 three pin switches. I really appreciate the tension in these and the clicking sound. So often I find that the clicky switches have zero resistance and makes fat fingering keys so easy. With these, I get that high-pitched click sound but tactile feeling. In my box of 45, I didn’t have a single switch with a missing or bent pin, and for this price I am incredibly happy. I haven’t had any issues with dead switches or any problems getting them into my board. I’m actually getting another 45 of these so I can do my full keyboard instead of just the letters because I am so in love with the sound and feel of these. These are totally worth it but be careful, you’re going to want more.

If you keep in mind their purpose, they're a great value
The key thing to remember - pun intended - is that these are just about twelve bucks for 44+1 switches. That makes them a solid value, so my five star rating is keeping that in mind. The quality is very serviceable. They fit my existing keyboard just fine and installed easily. The feel and sound is a budget version of other blues and lighter than the box white sample provided. The bottom line is that they'll work well as long as you have reasonable expectations for fit and finish.

OUTEMU Crystal Blue Keyboard Switch
The OUTEMU Crystal Blue Keyboard Switch is an amazing value at the almost 12 dollars asking price. I love that these came with a tray to hold the switches and that they are completely clear allowing for full RGB use if the keyboard. these are truly plug and play switches and worked flawlessly when i hot swapped them out with my older creamy green switches. The offer a wonderful click and tactile feel on each press of the key. Will recommend to anyone wanting a true blue click keyboard.
