This will be a time tested product to determine it's viability. Right off the bat, the value is good for 120 capsules. Will it deliver what it promotes? This will take time to discover. The first thing to do is research Maca Root and determine if this a supplement that will improve your health. Always consult with your PCP. There is no repugnant taste or smell to the easy to swallow capsules. The ingredients are the Maca Root extract along with Rice Powder, Gelatin Capsule, Silica and Vegetable Magnesium Stearate. I advise you to read up on these additives. Quality is normal for a capsule supplement. Effectiveness will require time to determine the benefits. I don't know if it is good for weight loss but I am hoping for additional energy. Dosage is 3 capsules daily but I am starting out slowly to make sure I don't have a reaction to Maca Root. One capsule daily until I feel I am clear of any side effects. If the Maca Root IS effective, this is a very affordable supplement to carry forward. I will start out with 3 stars and move it up or down as I experience Maca Root Stay tuned.

To be honest with you, l take so many different vitamins and suppliments that they must be doing what they were made to do. I feel good everyday and full of energy.
