I was the only one who didn't get pneumonia and I swear it's because I was taking these bad boys. it's a tonifying herb
been taking this for YEARS. sure, there are other less expensive brands of astragalus. do not be fooled. gaia's formulation is by far the highest quality you can find on amazon. a few years ago, I was living in a house with 6 roommates (college..) anyway. I started taking this during a particularly nasty season when everyone in the house developed this really nasty cough. we found the basement was filled with black mold. while we were all searching for other accommodations, all 6 of my roommates were diagnosed with pneumonia. guess what? I was the only one who didn't get pneumonia and I swear it's because I was taking these bad boys. it's a tonifying herb, it works over time, so to get the best benefit of astragalus, you want to take it through a season, not just when you feel under the weather.

Did it reverse my graying hair?!
I’m on an unearthly amount of immunity boosters to fight off a non serious but annoying skin condition. For the last 5 years, I’ve had a patch of course white hair growing out of the very top of my head. It just hit me the other day that I have not noticed it in a long time. It’s usually really obvious, but I took a flashlight and looked everywhere and it’s gone!! After doing some research, I really think it might be the astragula root (which matches up with the timing of when I added it.) all my hair is soft and it’s natural color brown. So wild!
