Angelina Women's and Girls' Professional-Grade Convertible Ballet Tights

I’ve ordered these tights before, and I absolutely loved the quality! I love how opaque they are and the durability! I’ve had the same ones for about two years, and the most wear I see is a snag here and there. They really hold up well, even through countless ballet classes. I decided to order some more but received the wrong tights. Not only were they super helpful, but they really went above and beyond to make up for the mix up! I’ll only be purchasing tights from here from now on!

Don't look any longer. She just started pointe and never liked the idea of the snugness of clothes in ballet. She is not overweight or has any bubble above the belly. Pretty much the ideal ballet body. When she started a year ago, I told her that ballet clothes were always snug fitting, etc. She had gotten used to it with the leotards, tight bun on head, etc. I have to say, though, she was relieved with the softness of these tights. She is naturally toned, so it's not like these tights make you appear firmer or anything. I noticed one reviewer not liking them because of the looseness. I am not sure what that means, unless, the person is very thin or something. These look stunning on and give a natural color. For a recital last year, I had found a skin tone with a slight shimmer to mimic real skin tone, this does the job just as well. I have to say though, you have to have a pale-ish pink tone to your skin, otherwise, it won't look natural. I think it is a better choice than the colors put out by other companies where it makes the leg look like a mannequin. I am glad one reviewer let us know the tag is in front. For my daughter, yes, it is not tight around the waist, but she is so slim it didn't really make a difference, but I just feel the fabric is softer and more comfortable. If there are any moms just looking for something comfortable for a child with a little added weight in the middle, I would suggest these because probably they are more forgiving and comfortable, but in no way is it bunching up or anything on my daughter. I am only buying them for her for now on. It is a struggle to get the other brands on, and they fit correctly, but must just be cut slimmer or with less stretchy material. It's not like she has circulatory issues and need the tightness of the tight. I am buying another pair right now. If she ever became professional, I'd talk to her about support and circulation at that point in time.

The tights fit well, but they didn't hold up as well as I would have liked. I use them for flying trapeze performances, and they got holes in the feet after one rehearsal. That being said, the platform we use is more abrasive than your average dance floor, but I had hoped they would last longer than 2 hours.

I first bought these with a full foot in pink. I wore them 4 days a week for 3 weeks, and no tears! However I needed a second pair of tights so I can wash them more often. So I bought these in Tan. First of all, the tan color is amazing! It isn't too brown, so it doesn't stand out too much from the other people in class, but the darker color is more flattering on me. The foot hole was a little small, but has since stretched out. I do have somewhat large feet. I am not plus size, but am chunkier than the average ballet student of my height. I am 5'4" and wear a size 10/12, and size Large or XL in Leotards. The M/L fits perfect! Not loose, but glides on easily without looking over stretched on my muscular thighs. Both pairs still have no runs after two months of wearing them in class. Just ordered another pair! The only reason I may buy another brand to have on hand, is because I prefer a shinier knit with more compression for looks, but would only be necessary during performance. The waist band never, and I mean NEVER slips. They always stay up, so don't become uncomfortable under my leos.

I'm 5'1" and 110lbs. These are very comfortable. They have a nice stretch as well as also giving your stomach a little tummy squish like spanks. I have worn and washed these 4 times (in the washer, and then I just hang them to dry. I even ran them through the dryer once on accident cause my hubby was trying to be helpful switching the laundry. LOL), and was just now needing to buy another pair. And the only reason I'm buying another pair is because my wedding ring got caught on the stocking and had a small hole (But did NOT run like most tights/stockings do!) . I can wear them again, but the cosplay I'm wearing next, the hole is right where my dress stops, so I can still wear them, but just with a longer dress. So this will be second pair I've purchased. I would definitely suggest this brand to anyone that is in dance, cosplay, or theater. Or even just wanting that extra coverage for a sun dress. I enjoy these tights so much, makes me feel confident, and matches my skin color very nice. (I'm very pale so usually is hard to find dance tights that don't make my legs look orange compared to the rest of my body.)

I panicked a little when I took them out of the package, because I’m 5’4” and these tights come out of the package no longer than a foot in length. After putting them on though, they are perfect! Guess I can’t remember the ballet tights from my dancing days, however I got these for a cosplay because I don’t like showing my bare legs with mini skirts and dresses. These tights are comfortable, soft, and slimming and fit wonderfully around the waist, hips, and thighs, and are very durable for multiple wears! The tan color blends in very well with my paler skin. I really love these tights and will buy again!
