Is power to the electrical outlet necessary when the bidet is in use? (My outlet electricity goes off when I turn on my bathroom light.)

Hello,The electric is needed to move the parts ie the Bidet arms that move the water and heat part of the water as well. So if possible you may need to have the outlet work when the lights are on.

How to empty the water tank of this 6800? I tried turning the release valve to ON position like youtube video but the water still not coming out?

My husband has done it and he followed the instructions in the manual: "Close the shut-off valve. Raise the unit (seat assembly) and thoroughly drain the water by unscrewing the drain bolt from the closed position. " I hope this helps. We have been happy with ours.
