This backpack is firm and sturdy. Exactly what we where looking for to carry those heavy books around. The Item looks true to the picture above. I would recommend this backpack.

I bought this for my son, who is in high school. He carries a lot of heavy books around and this backpack is holding up well. There are enough compartments for storing different things. He loves it!

Great looking bag, but it has already formed a hole along one of the seams:(

The outward appearance of the bag is great! Eagle emblem, representative colors, and multiple pocket areas make the bag look efficiently functional. However, the pocket areas are not as large as the advertisement picture makes them look. I originally planned to return the product which I brought for my high schooler to use to carry his school material back and forward to school. He said it wasn't going to work because of the size of the bag. He really liked the way it looked and asked if he could keep it to carry his weekend sleepover clothing to his friend's homes. This is the only reason I decided not to return the product, we found a different use for the bag.
