Cheapest I-Beam hanger I could find and it does the job perfectly!
This was perfect to hang my 70-lb Everlast punching bag. I was looking at various options, but the Everlast stand was a good $100 and all other I-Beam hangers didn't seem to fit my beams. This was a clean $20 with free shipping and fits both my beams which are 6.5" and 8". It's hanging in the garage right now. The screw was a little tough to get clamped down, but she's tight and the I-Beam hanger hasn't moved any way it isn't supposed to yet. The only other thing I had to purhcase was an "S"-hook, because the tiny carabiner that came with the bag wouldn't fit this fat bolt...but it was only about $1 at the hardware store and good to go.

Use this to Angle Speakers
I have some speakers that I just need to angle. These work perfectly and are cheap. They aren't there for the main support, only to slightly angle the speakers. If this works for 100lbs punching bags, it works great for a 20 pound angle for a speaker!! Awesome product.

It works
Very easy to install and seems very sturdy. I looked a lot of different I beam heavy bag hangers and this was I believe the best choice.

Would buy again if needed
If you have I-beams, don't want to drill holes in the wall, and need to hang something this is for you! It's very strong. The hardware included is just galvanized nuts and bolts and the bolts are way too long. But I changed out the bolts for a shorter size so you don't have to wrench so much especially while hanging something this can be cumbersome. And now with the stainless hardware I'm pretty sure it'll stay forever.

Holding 100 lb. Water Bag No Problem
Used this item to hang a 100 lb water bag from my basement I-Beam. Worked perfectly. Added a tension spring and swivel to eliminate some of the sway load. I've had it mounted going on three years with no signs of it letting up at all. Very easy install and take down if necessary. Hanging a bag from an I-Beam is probably the most secure way to roof hang. I would heavily recommend it if at all possible.

Glad I Found This
I had a 100lbs. heavy bag I needed to hang for my business. I'm glad I found this because it was a breeze hanging the bag. I think the bag has been hanging for a little over a year with zero problems. This is a great option if you have steel beams and screwing through wood isn't an option.

Not bad
Good quality, I have a 5 1/2" I beam and the hanger is to wide to squeeze it so I will improvise.
