If you're like me, you've lost the tone you've achieved with regular yoga classes since Covid shut everything down. I was reluctant to pay for online yoga classes and wanted to be able to do yoga whether or not I had access to the t.v.This is a great collection of beginner yoga poses! I absolutely love that they have the poses broken out into separate categories: warm up, stretching, balance, strength, core, back bending, and restorative/warm down. This is extremely helpful! I always do the warm up and then will either do a couple of categories in their entirety or mix it up with several from each category. Then I finish with the restorative/warm down. Because it's categorized, I can mix up the poses just like a regular yoga class.The poster is laminated and double sided. It has the same poses on both sides with one side for vertical display and the other side for horizontal display. This poster has been a great investment!

I love having this at home as a visual to move through some yoga poses. Great size and the plastic cover is nice. It has the same poses vertical on one side and horizontal on the other giving you an option if you mount.

Nice variety of poses, large enough graphics to easily see.

Very helpful poster - helps me remember poses & which ones target which goals. Lamination is nice. Only reason I didn’t go 5 stars was that the print is pretty small & I have to get pretty close to read it. But it definitely does the desired job & a great price!

This Yoga Position Exercise Poster has been very helpful learning the proper Yoga poses at home.

Great quality, It was tightly rolled but with no creases. Had to lay out under heavy books for a day and still had some roll to it (speaks for thick lamination quality though) so I just used a few extra 3M poster stick'em tab things and it stayed on the wall perfectly.I have two young sons - they love to use a dry erase marker and circle which postures they want to do, it wipes clean perfectly.

The pictures are very small and not colorful enough for me to see while trying to perform the postures. I wear reading glasses so I have to stop, get out of my poses and stand in front of it to see what to do next. The yoga flow is interrupted. The good part is the same pictures are front and back (horizontal & vertical) for convenience. I would have preferred if the pictures and poster, was larger or had more color.

Very good quality, large poster, easy to read and easy to understand. Great product!
